CAD OPERATOR / TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR

CAD literate, preferably with experience on Planit.  Working mainly with our MD preparing drawings, scheduling materials from tender to construction status.  Processing paperwork invoices, delivery notes etc.  Liaising with customers, suppliers and factory staff.  General contract administration. 

TECHNICAL SURVEYOR

Preferably experienced in the kitchen industry.  Must be computer and CAD literate.  The role will be based in Croydon covering the south east; working predominantly in the Housing Association, new build, new generation contract market with occasional retail involvement.  It will include on-site technical surveys, site meetings, liaising with site regarding delivery schedules and day-to-day requirements.  Preparing tenders, kitchen designs and quotations.

We also have positions for a driver, furniture assembler, machine operator and factory labourer.
