Using the most up-to-date computer aided design (CAD) systems, our highly skilled team will pull together your thoughts, ideas and tastes and produce a fitted kitchen design to help you visualise the end result and start the process of realising your dreams.
Are the kitchen designs interchangeable?
Yes, you have complete flexibility in your kitchen design. All our wall unit sizes are available in all finishes, and it is possible to fit any door with any handle on any unit. As manufacturers, we can also make non-standard units and sizes to suit your specifications.
What is the typical timeframe for designing and delivering a kitchen?
Every project, and every client, is different and the selection process can take from a few weeks to a few months. Once you have chosen your design and given the green light to go ahead, our lead time for manufacture is approximately 4-8 weeks – to be confirmed once your order has been placed.
How do I go about obtaining a quotation for my new kitchen?
Simply visit our showroom, bring along your own measurements, and take some general decisions on the desired finish. Alternatively, we can arrange for a home visit. Once we have the necessary information for your new kitchen design, we will provide a drawing, specification and ballpark price.
KITCHEN MANUFACTURE AND CREATION
At Price Kitchens, we are proud to be manufacturing our kitchens in-house which means we are able to change and adapt the design to fit your home and your needs. A kitchen can mean different things to different clients – we feel it is hugely important that you are given professional guidance and sufficient time to fully understand what your requirements are and how to turn them into a beautiful and functioning kitchen.
What are the kitchen units made of?
Our carcases are made of MFC (Melamine Faced Chipboard) conforming to BS5669. You can choose from standard white carcases with MFC colour-complementary exposed end panels, complete with metal-sided drawers with MFC backs and bases, or we can provide MFC colour-matched carcases with soft-close drawers and doors. All our carcases are supplied fully assembled.
Is there a choice of internal accessories for the units?
Yes, we have a wide range of factory-fitted internal options available including pull-out larder units, fully extendable drawers with internal dividers, a variety of corner mechanisms, as well as baskets, spice racks, pull-out tables and many more storage solutions.
Do you supply specialist worktops?
There’s a wide choice of worktop materials available for your new kitchen including timber, engineered stone, stainless steel, glass, granite, quartz and Corian. Timber worktops can either be supplied from measurements or template, while stone and Corian worktops are generally provided on a template supply and fit basis.
