One of the main questions we’re asked regularly at Price Kitchens is whether we manufacture our kitchens ourselves. The answer is an emphatic YES. We make all the carcases using cutting edge systems and precision machinery. First established in Kenley (South Croydon) in 1979, we’ve been manufacturing in the local area for more than 35 years!
At Price Kitchens, we’ve invested massively into state-of-the-art CNC manufacturing equipment and sophisticated computer software. And with the huge range of materials we use, we’re able to offer a wide range of kitchens, with great flexibility and at most competitive prices.
Carcases are made of MFC (melamine-faced-chipboard) conforming to BS5669. You can choose a standard white carcase with MFC colour complementary exposed end panels that come complete with metal sided drawers, MFC backs and bases. Or you can opt for MFC colour-matched carcases with soft-close drawers and doors.
All the units are interchangeable, meaning you can have any door on any unit and with any handle you choose. All wall units are available in all finishes. In addition to standard sizes, we can produce non-standard units and sizes to suit your specifications.
There’s a wide choice of factory fitted optional internal accessories including pull-out larders, corner units and baskets. We can also supply many other accessories for fitting on site.
All units are factory assembled ready for delivery to your property by our own transport professionals – we don’t do flat pack! If you require installation, this can be arranged to suit you. We use qualified Gas Safe certified gas fitters and Part P accredited electricians, or we can put you in touch with the fitters direct.
As a long established family run company specialising in designing, manufacturing and supplying retail kitchens, contract kitchens and adaptive kitchens in a huge range of designs, we pride ourselves on delivering the highest levels of customer service and attention to detail.
