Finding time to clean the kitchen can be difficult, but if you’ve recently treated yourself to a brand new gorgeous kitchen design, here are some handy tips that will help take a little off your plate, so to speak!
Broken Glass – Using a single slice of white bread you can gently press and collect broken glass without leaving any tiny shards behind. This is incredibly useful if you are prone to dropping glasses!
Burn Marks on Pots and Pans – Burn marks can accumulate and worsen over time, so to remove these and leave your pans looking squeaky clean, simply fill the pan or pot with water so that it covers the base and add a small cup of white vinegar. Simmer for a few minutes then take the pan off and add two tablespoons of baking soda. A light scrub should remove all the burn marks!
Squeaky Clean Blender – To clean your blender simply fill it with warm water, add a little bit of washing up liquid and then blend it for about 10-15 seconds. Afterwards, rinse the blender with clean water and pat it dry.
Grill Grates – Heat up the grill and then use a fork to rub half of a cut onion over the grates. This will remove the built up residue and add extra flavour to whatever you decide to grill next!
